Review We had an excellent experience working with Gordon Lamphere at Van Vlissingen & Co. Gordon was highly communicative, professional, and consistently provided thoughtful and helpful advice throughout the process. Despite a tight timeframe, he identified and put forward a number of strong property options and was extremely helpful in negotiating the lease. I would highly recommend Gordon and his team to anyone looking for knowledgeable, responsive and professional commercial real estate support in Chicago.
I wasn't even his client, but Nicholas Panarese stepped in to help me with a commercial lease renewal I was handling alone... knowing there was nothing in it for him. He called my landlord's rep directly, got me a real read on where things stood, and walked me through my options in plain terms. When I asked about alternative spaces, he ran searches for me too, no hesitation. If I ever have a deal with a commission attached, he's who I'm calling first.
Very professional. 10/10 recommend
Was great to work with Malcom. Real straight shooter
