At one time Rahway Station Taxi was a great Taxi service, but since the business changed hands it has just been awful terrible service. You used to get off the railroad and there was a line of taxis waiting for you. Today, you are lucky if one taxi is there waiting, and most times there are none. Where I used to get a taxi in two minutes, now you can wait up to 20 minutes, or longer, to get one, if they even show up at all. Good customer service door handle was broken stains all over the rear seats
Excelente servicio , son puntuales , respetuosos y amables , conducen con mucha precaución , un día dejé mi celular olvidado en uno de sus vehículos, llamé para informarles y me lo hicieron llegar prontamente .
No concept of time. If you call and they tell you 5 minutes, expect to wait half an hour. It has only gotten worse since they moved their base. Wish I could leave negative stars.
