Complete run around on the phone for an hour trying to get technical help only to get sent to voicemail. They won’t answer email. Their product is however consistent…consistently full of quality control issues, bad wiring and workmanship.
Came here to unload. Went to the warehouse sing my paper and told me to find some one to unload like what!! And also that they cant keep a look out to back all the way to the street because supposedly they get in trouble how are you going to get in trouble for doing your job!!!!!!!!
Pickup a transformer, park(dirt) in Texas central Pkwy,across the building, go check in and back in crossing 4 traffic lanes,they stop the traffic, Good luck! Be safe! Shipping guys 4stars,fast loading, depending how many trucks you have in front of you!

It is very complicated to deliver the load to this company. First of all, they never pick up the phone, even during the open hours. Secondly, this facility designed in such a way that it is tough to check in and deliver the load. Third, if you are delivering radiators call them first, and ask which building you need to deliver. There is a second facility 2 miles away. Overall, very very inconvenient to work with them. I provably will not come back here with a load.
