I haven’t been here in years after moving away from the Grand Rapids area. I received an email from the office about a week ago telling me there was a credit on my account and a check was mailed to my old address but they had noticed it wasn’t cashed yet. The Van Timmeran dentists and staff are very gentle, caring, thoughtful, and kind. I have only had good experiences here, and I am someone who generally does not like any dental work done, including cleanings. They are phenomenal!
