I have been going to this office for a very long time. The dental hygienist melissa has been cleaning my teeth since I was 14 and I am now 54. Ive had a great experience for a couple of years but I had 3 deaths in the family and forgot about 2 appointments. 1 of which I forgot was even scheduled. When I called to reschedule the receptionist was very rude and snippy even after I apologized for forgetting. They were going to charge a $100 fee to make future appointments and when I asked for clarification, still thinking I only missed 1 appointment, she acted like I was dumb for not knowing it was 2 appointments. I haven’t been here in years after moving away from the Grand Rapids area. I received an email from the office about a week ago telling me there was a credit on my account and a check was mailed to my old address but they had noticed it wasn’t cashed yet. They asked if I had a new address they could mail the check to and I provided my current one. A check came in about a week later!
