Dr NGO and her staff are excellent!
Dr Ngo has taken care of me and my family since she began her career at Scott and White. She is a phenomenal Woman, Doctor. She listens to your needs and provides excellent care to all of her patients. We need more Doctors like her.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
She’s been my PCP for 5 years now and she’s honestly amazing. She’s a minimalist doctor who listens to you, remembers every detail, and truly looks out for your overall long term health and well-being. I hope she never retires
Dr.Ngo should not be a doctor. She simply did not care about my medical issue. As I was explaining my concerns she just responded by saying mhmm and nothing else. She asking for my address and rudly asked which pharmacy as if I was taking too much of her time, annoyed. She acted like my pain wasn't a big deal and told me that there is medicine that I can get over the counter. She also replied by saying she wasn't going to wait for my lab results and she'll call me that day for the result and to send my prescription. Long sto... read more
