The experience with the doctor was exceptional. Dr. VAN VU has a great bedside manner; I never felt rushed and felt genuinely respected. She explained everything clearly and calmly, using simple terms to walk me through the diagnosis and my treatment options. I felt completely informed and confident in the plan. Highly recommended!
Sadly, my experience with Dr Van Vu has been fine at best. She is polite and professional, but too many times has forgotten basic facts about my medical history — or does not seem to carefully review my patient chart before our appointments. I will be switching PCPs soon because the experience has been frustrating.
Doctor Vu is very dedicated, patient and professional. I am very lucky to have her as my family doctor.
