Used to be good. Now they quote you a time not to even get started on it until after they said it would be done. Just poor communication and service. Buy a car anywhere else and if it needs to be fixed definitely go elsewhere.
We had such a great experience with Shawn Dearborn at Darlings Kia Bangor. He didn’t waste any time and we got right to it. Wasn’t planning on buying that day but He was such a great salesman and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We were more than satisfied and appreciated him getting the price where we were comfortable. We also had a great experience with Bobby Colson helping with financing and the different service plans.
