I recently came in for an oil change at Van Subaru, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, the service team greeted me right away, and they got my vehicle in quickly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and Wi-Fi while I waited. They finished the service sooner than expected and even did a quick multi-point inspection at no extra charge.
