Dr Van Sittert ruined my military career and my quality of life, that's the harsh bottom line! I think I can safely say that I am one of the patients he failed immensely. I was medically released from the Canadian Forces due to nerve damage sustained that he will never take responsibility for causing. I even found out that he lied in my OR reports in order to cover his tracks. I woke up during surgery since a 45 minute surgery turned into a 4 and a half hour ordeal, my spouse thought I had died. I don’t know if you read all these Koos, but if so; if it’s is true what a little bird told me, I just want to say thank you for all your care, professionalism and guidance, with the multiple surgeries you performed on me and wish you all the best in the future.
