Finally got diagnosed with chronic sinusitis after putting up with it for almost 7 months, managed to get in to see Doctor VanRooy and what he gave me got rid of it . He was very nice , friendly and professional with me …I am very happy ,unclogged nasal sinuses is a great thing. Also staff were very friendly and helpful
He was on time, clear in his communication, and very helpful. I was nervous because of the bad reviews here but I had a very good experience with him.
I went here recently with my 5 year old son with disability that needs help for his nosebleeds. I found Dr Van Rooy impatient and rude. He barely answered my questions, barely gave me any information. Handed me a prescription which I have no idea what it does. He then just walked out of the room while I was trying to ask him questions and slammed his office door in mine and my son’s face. Agreed it might be time to retire. Will not be seeing him again.
