took my brand new navara here for a roadworthy certificate and picked it up with multiple marks on the interior aswell as a nice deep scratch on the passenger door. BRAND NEW CAR, and the owner of this workshop denied doing it and said he wasn’t going to pay for any of the damages. will never be back
Would not recommend!! We took our car for a road worthy certificate as we were selling it, and we had an awful experience. They called me to say “come pick up the car, it’s ready” so we fetched both the car and the paperwork. The car smelt strongly of cigarettes on pick up. We didn’t realise at the time the paperwork they provided wasn’t the roadworthy certificate and it indeed had failed the roadworthy, but they didn’t let us know! Van Quang are excellent . I have had multiple roadworthy certificates and services done there .Great service and clear communication. Very convenient Seddon location and friendly service . I recommend them.
Very reasonably priced and thorough service.
Such a rude careless owner. I wouldn't recommend to anyone around seddon ( we pride ourselves about being friendly ) he is the opposite. Om top of that he took his time with my car and was condescending towards me Goodluck if you go here
