By far the worst mechanic I’ve ever been to and it’s not even a competition. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I purchased a vehicle from a private seller and the RWC was done here. Van Quang Auto is not a good place to get your car serviced. I honestly wouldn’t recommend it at all. The guy really needs to improve his customer service. His attitude feels outdated, and he comes across as quite rude and dismissive. Also, it doesn’t seem like he treats his workers fairly, which is not okay. Definitely not a place I’d go back to.
horrible workmanship, not honest, rude and doesn’t know how to take care of vehicles he works on. highly recommend avoiding this place
took my brand new navara here for a roadworthy certificate and picked it up with multiple marks on the interior aswell as a nice deep scratch on the passenger door. BRAND NEW CAR, and the owner of this workshop denied doing it and said he wasn’t going to pay for any of the damages. will never be back
Would not recommend!! We took our car for a road worthy certificate as we were selling it, and we had an awful experience. They called me to say “come pick up the car, it’s ready” so we fetched both the car and the paperwork. The car smelt strongly of cigarettes on pick up. We didn’t realise at the time the paperwork they provided wasn’t the roadworthy certificate and it indeed had failed the roadworthy, but they didn’t let us know!
