FEB 2025. BEDROOM STILL LEAKS 5 HOLES AND WE PAY 1050 NOW!!!!!Update!!! When we moved in it was Van Patten Apts. The office ladies were fired and there was no one here for a few weeks. The first month after we were here the ceiling in the bedroom began leaking, had sent letters, phone calls and made verbal requests for it to be repaired, The first weekend it rained all weekend the ceiling fan above our bed fell out because the ceil ing was so wet onto our bed, ruining our mattress topper, $150and mattress and $300 fan. not a good place wood on all the windows homless people all over the place dog crap all over the place they just need to closed this place it need some help or some one need to buy it to fix it up or some thing
Decent place - noisy - very active - lots of fighting. Managers don’t care about the tenants. Poor management and organization.
Rent is high, non secured parking, can get loud in the streets, a lot of fighting, manager is reluctant to help or serve the tenants possibly due to fear. Wish management cared more and dedicated their lives to the service of the tenants but understandable because money is priority.
