I have been dealing with Julie L., the property manager, from the day I had signed the lease and let me tell you, she cares so much about her tenants. As part of the team I would like to say the area has gotten a lot better. Management is great at taking care of the needs of the tenants and really making it a welcoming place to want to live, staff is friendly and quick to address any issues that arise.
FEB 2025. BEDROOM STILL LEAKS 5 HOLES AND WE PAY 1050 NOW!!!!!Update!!! When we moved in it was Van Patten Apts. The office ladies were fired and there was no one here for a few weeks. The first month after we were here the ceiling in the bedroom began leaking, had sent letters, phone calls and made verbal requests for it to be repaired, The first weekend it rained all weekend the ceiling fan above our bed fell out because the ceil ing was so wet onto our bed, ruining our mattress topper, $150and mattress and $300 fan.
