Extremely rude and unprofessional front desk staff. I arrived on time for my appointment and waited 30 minutes without any meaningful update. When I politely asked about the delay, I was met with dismissive responses. The receptionist then snatched my dog’s leash, lectured me about “respecting other people’s time,” and told me to “go to another vet next time.” I will. Delays happen, but hostile treatment and poor communication are unacceptable. I recommend taking the receptionist’s advice and choosing another clinic.
Extremely rude and disrespectful staff who have no thought or care for others time. I had a scheduled appointment, which I was on time to. After waiting 15 minutes past the appointment time, I asked when the appointment would be, which apparently you’re not allowed to do in this office, as the receptionists gave me dirty looks and rude responses the 2 times I asked. I have many pets, all of which have been so well-cared for by Dr. Oh! He provides the absolute best care out of all the many veterinarian offices I've taken my pets over the years. It is very comforting knowing he is a privately owned practice - I have had awful experiences at private equity vet offices. Unlike them, Dr. Oh makes medical decisions based on what is best for your pet, without trying to bankrupt pet owners. Services are affordable and reasonable. We are incredibly grateful for him and his helpful staff!!!
We had such a great experience! The doctor was incredibly attentive, a great listener, and very thorough. The visit was quick and easy, and he took the time to fully examine my fur baby and prescribe everything necessary. He also gave us some really helpful suggestions for additional treatments to help manage other diagnoses that weren’t related to the reason we came in, which I really appreciated.
