We used Ryan Van Note the first time when he renovated our house when we moved in 5 years ago. You couldn't as to work with a more honest, responsive, and straightforward contractor. His bid came in in the middle range of estimates, not the lowest and not the highest. But the final overall cost was barely any different than his bid.
