What a gem of a shop! You can find anything here - a gift for the person who has everything to a perfect gift for a special person. I love that they have beautiful & unique fine jewelry & high end "costume" jewelry that i can wear - I'm allergic to metal. Their clothes are fabulous for 20 year olds to 60 year olds. I even found a gift I needed for a person I don't know well. They have it all! Staff professional & helpful. Owners are amazing.

Anytime I'm visiting Family in Kinder, I go into Van Norman's. On this visit, i bought several Christmas gifts and shirts and jewelry for myself. Such a beautiful store with a great selection of gifts and jewelry and such a helpful, friendly staff.

Our ring has had issue after issue with diamonds falling out and arms breaking on it, it has become clear it is of low quality. We've spent more on repairs than I ever paid for the ring just to have the failures in the structure of the ring continue and Van Norman's has refused replacement of the ring or refund. Money would have been better spent at a higher end jewelry store that makes better quality jewelry.
