This is the third year we've asked Gerry to do our business and personal returns. I gave him the business return information and he said he has all he needs. After not hearing from him I emailed. He did not return my email. I then called and left a message. He did not return my call. Very unprofessional and we're moving on to someone else. Gerry has greatly interrupted our schedule and I suspect we will have to pay penalties because of his lack of care.
