Dear Van - I hope you see this as I recently found out you have left Mercy Sacramento. You helped me through SOOO much and I am forever grateful for you and how much you cared for me and my significant health conditions...especially through the pandemic and the loss of my Mother...then cancer... and a blood clot. Van is fantastic. She truly goes the extra mile to help her patients. For 2 years I’ve felt like my doctors weren't concerned about my well being & was being thrown under the bus until Van took over my case. This week she has gone to battle for me with insurance companies, Labs, doctors & so much more. Van has returned all my calls in a timely manner & even called me into the office today just to avoid the ER. After speaking with Van, my anxiety & stress levels improved.
