Dr. Van is everything you could ever ask for in a primary care provider! I had been in the process of trying to find a new primary care provider for the past couple years. I had originally seen Dr. Nguyen and while she was very nice I did not feel like she was a good fit for me. Especially after she said that my labs were normal after I had seen that I actually had some levels that were elevated. I spoke to the ladies in the front office (who were amazing and so nice!) and I set up a new appointment with Dr. Dieu. Today I got a call from the office manager Christy who informed me that all Baylor Scott and White offices do not allow you to switch doctors in office. She was extremely rude to me ... read more
