The owner of the shop, Ralph, wore muddy boots throughout my home as he replaced my water heater. Then, later on I learned that the water heater didn't need to be replaced because the only defective part was a releif valve which would only have cost about $45. Instead, this disshonest man replaced the whole water heater at over $1150. Never ever go here. World's worst plumbing company.
