We were referred to Van Natta by the company that makes our water filter, I also looked at reviews and they had 5 stars across the board so I felt confident we were in good hands. We received our invoice and it seemed extremely high. It took 2 weeks to get in touch with someone in the office to itemize our invoice. We needed to have a new water line run to our refrigerator. The staff at the location were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. They were able to schedule the service in a reasonable amount of time. On the day of service, the plumber arrived early and was Extremely Pleasant. He listened to our needs and did some investigating before beginning the work. He was able to complete the work in less than an hour. The costs associated were very reasonable.
