This one lady in particular is not a real lash tech she does the service on people knowing fully well that she does not know how to apply lashes properly . She is basically practicing how to do lashes on customers faces. the lady who messed up my lashes barely spoke any english I wish I could describe her but they all have a similar look. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED !!! They aren’t up front with pricing, 30$ pedicures are displayed, 30$ is said when you ask them but when it comes to paying they’ve added on money so 30 turns into 55$. I wish I can give these people a rating of zero because I am absolutely furious about the job that was done. I stopped doing my nails at this location for yeaaars because they are that bad. Long story short, I trusted the lady that normally does my eyebrows to do my nails after coming all the way from Barrie, and the next day my nail polish was already peeling off. Absolute nonsense. Travis did the best work
Service was not good and they lied about the price. The technician was very rough and hurt my finger. I was quoted one price at the beginning and once the session was over was told to pay an additional $30 for “treatment”. Definitely do not recommend this place as they are very shady and will scam you
