One of the worst place to come to I went to get my nails done the second time the last time the other girl did it. They are rude. Went to ask questions about the service. One person was OMG rolled her eyes and then started talking to the other tech in their language clearly about me. Also gave me 3 diffrent prices before I could even sit down. I left went somewhere else. Would not recommend.
Zen is AMAZING, she takes her time!!! usually i just go to whoever is available in the shop but now i always go to her and best believe i am always happy with my results and the shape/design never disappoints!! Last time i got french tips and ombre nails came out beautiful!💕💕10/10 and Helen is also great as well i love going to her for my eyebrow waxes every two weeks! 🥰🥰
Terrible technician…I asked for a GEL OVERLAY and they said they were using a gel powder which is something I’ve never heard of and I do nails myself…I’d understand if they were doing a dip powder but it wasn’t that. The worst customer service they dont even know how to talk or explain to the customer I went for waxing on the phone I said I want bikini and Brazilian and she said 40$ Plus tax when I went there she did only bikini area but not Brazilian and I called they said of yeah we charge for one this much I was like you should explain not say both 40 and plus tax she took 45$ and she asked me if I give tip she said 5$ so wired never go again
