I had the worst experience. The staff were very disrespectful. She didn’t take her time or energy to do my nails.

While some staff like Michelle are amazing, some of the staff are very dis-respectful. I just tried to provide feedback, but the service provider told me that she does not care. Oh my god, her attitude was very bad. I felt like she is doing my nails for free.

Worst pedicure I have ever had..the lady who gave the pedicure was in such a rush and she messed my nails..

Came here for a spa mani/pedi which was listed as $60(no polish), eyebrow wax for $8 and daughters eyebrow wax for$8. I paid cash but the total came to $100. I didn't want my upper lip waxed but she did it anyway even though I said just eyebrow. I do have to admit that Anna was GREAT and did an amazing job but she kept pushing other services pretty aggressively and I know these places do that but this was overboard. Overall experience was just okay.

Loved the outcome of my nails although not the flower i originally wanted i dont think the tech was confident she could do.. overall good job. Thank you to Zen for these pretty nails!
