Great clinic and helpful staff!! They always try to fit us in even at late times the Dr is good and always makes us feel taken care of 🙏🏼
The doctor is excellent, however the clinic staff is deplorable. They are always short staffed, and do not attend calls, particularly the one sitting on the extreme left of the counter, next to the door. She is extremely rude and does not take patients' calls. I am a patient for years here and this is what my years of experience with them is like. That employee should be sacked. And the clinic should have a proper customer service. Or else it's going down.
Pathetic services No respond for emails
Dr Qasim is a great doctor, however I’m deeply concerned about who allowed and keeps allowing the receptionist Nazila to work at this clinic. I have to call at least 20 times for her to pick up the phone, they advertise themselves as a walk in clinic but you actually need to book appointments 2 weeks in advance. He actually deserves a 0….not 1 star…. I walked in to get an appointment (he’s been my doctor for 3-4 years) and the receptionist said I was a walk-in and he’s not taking any more walk in’s. I said, that’s impossible, he’s my doctor, he prescribes my blood pressure meds! She said that that’s what she was told to say! Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional
