I’d rate the Van Matre team 10 stars if it were allowed. They did a fantastic job recently on the foundation reinforcement needed for my house in Erie. The crew started work the day the scheduler promised and finished on time, on budget. Chris, Jose, Lupe and Nemo kept me informed each step of the way. They went above and beyond on a daily basis and overcame challenges such as drilling and securing micropiles near the water main and sewage pipes. We had major problems with our garage floor and basement foundation caused by poor drainage. Tim laid out in detail what needed to be done to repair them. Joel and Jorge did a great job completing the work. Communications with Tim, Chris, and Joel were exceptional, they kept me informed throughout the entire project. I would highly recommend them.

I needed a big job done and Van Matre was the first recommendation my go-to structural engineer provided. I can see why they were his first pick. They did an amazing job repairing and waterproofing my 110-year-old foundation. Van Matre came highly recommended by both our Structural Engineer and some of our neighbors. They did an excellent job with a structural repair job in our basement and returned things as best as possible once everything was finished. The attention to detail and finish of all the repairs was top notch and the overall cost was very fair. Big plus they are locally owned, I don't think you can go with a better company.
