Incredible team, wonderful effort, diligent and conscientious, full success on a tough basement situation (16 micropiles on three walls, recreating the void under the foundation of the entire home, two new counterfort retaining window wells (10’x4’ each), new driveway and garage concrete slabs, and, most importantly, under budget and on time to the extent they could control it. I’m a general contractor by profession on large apartment buildings, so I deal with specialized trades all day, every day. And these guys are top notch! Did what they said they were going to, finished when they said it would be done, for the price we agreed to. Even my neighbors came by to say how friendly the crew was. Absolutely recommend.
I was a bit nervous about having a crew cut holes in my basement floor to install piers, but it went much better than I expected. These guys kept the dust to a minimum, and cleaned up as well as could be expected. I needed to unsweat a bunch of copper pipes attached to my boiler, as they were right in the way of the job. It was a huge bonus to have a bit of help with that too, as these guys also had extensive plumbing experience. They did an amazing job repairing and waterproofing my 110-year-old foundation.
