Getting a large motorhome serviced can be problematic, but the team at Van Masters were great, sorting out not just the basics but some significant logbook maintenance that was needed. Nothing was too much trouble, and the whole job was completed as promised. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone needing a van serviced or repaired.

I don't take my Ducato motorhome anywhere else. Every quote has been accurate and never had any nasty surprises. Great customer focus and communication is first class. No up-sell, just straight up mechanical service. Highly recommend Ray and his team at Van Master to anyone.

Did not do work as agreed. Seems more like door to door salesman experience from a very VERY flamboyant grifter. Makes you sit down to give you the quote and tried to quote 8x the price elsewhere as they also tries to shame your for trying to escape their rip. SKIP. DON'T WALK. RUUUUNNN...

I had an issue with my van before I brought it to you, and I explained the problem over the phone. I had already spent a lot of money trying to fix it. I found that you replaced parts that didn’t need to be replaced, and the problem was never fixed. On top of that, you charged me for nothing. I’m very unhappy with your service. You should be more professional.
