Since we had our roof done we have had more issues and problems than before they touched it. There is a good chance, with some recent developments that they didn't complete all the work promised. We are going to have to have another roofer come out and check their work. During the roofing process they destroyed our gutters, didn't put all the pieces back on the gutters, were hard to communicate with and we have had more nails in our car tires than I can even count. About a year ago, we hired Van Martin to install a new roof, gutters, and siding. At forst we were impressed by their financing options and overall pricing. After getting a couple other quotes we decided to move forward. Our experience from then on was horrible. At the time we didn't know this but the project manager they had on our job quit wasn't replaced. I was constantly on the phone trying to figure out when to expect crews to show up. Van Martin roofing is an amazing roofing company! Their service dept has the best, most friendly technicians I’ve ever dealt with, especially Jerod! Would absolutely recommend van martin for ANY roof issue that needs resolved!!! 10/10!
