First time here after about 3 hours searching Google for faucet valves for which I couldn’t even identify the manufacturer. VERY satisfied. I was immediately greeted and helped at the counter. I had the old one with me, and about a minute or so later they not only knew what brand it was (Delta), but I had them in hand and was ready to pay. Went home and installed the new parts in less time than I had invested in my search. Thanks SO much “BGARLAND”!

Head over to Lowe’s! the way Rick Jones treats customers makes it seem like they hate money, even dropping my change on the counter instead of my outstretched hand. Never mind the lack of assistance when it came to part recommendations for my water heater. I bought a perforated drip tube and Rick Jones failed to mention a set of new gaskets for the system.
