Dr Van Maran, is a wonderful dentist, but let’s talk about the employees that take care of the insurance, their incompetent to do their job, what a mess, I told them that, I was not going to pay for the retainer, when they said it was covered 100%, when I go pick up, they said they fired employees because they didn’t do their job, and if I wanted the retainer, I had to pay out of pocket, I said NO, you can keep them, and I told them that I was going to DROP them, and go back to Lone Star Dental, my previous dentist. Dentist did fantastic work on my molar implant!!! I LOVE that they give me 24months no interest terms on Care Credit!!! This is the only place that does!! He also did a sedated tooth extract for me.

Please choose wisely and do not choose this dental office. I decided to schedule an appointment here because of the convenience to my orthodontist office. Im currently in the process of getting Invisalign and needed a tooth extracted. I scheduled the appointment for the extraction and told them I needed it done the same day. The front office staff did not schedule the appropriate appointment. That should have been my 1st clue. I get called back and taken for X-rays. They do not guarantee their work. My bridge broke 2 days after I received it and had to pay $250 to have it fixed then I was told just don’t eat on that side. I mean why even buy them unless you can eat with them. Van Maren was very unprofessional about the whole thing. He said it was because of some caps that were done completely wrong. Geeze he did them 2 weeks earlier. Soo whose fault was it. I’m just out a ton of money
