I wish I could give it 5 stars as the customer service, communication and the repair itself was great. However my car needed transmission cooler lines replaced and I was told the cost will be higher because they have to remove my front bumper. Fair enough no issues there. However I had a specific part popped out of place on my front bumper before bringing it in and it was still popped out when I picked it up. I first called another company who wasn't the most professional on the phone. I quickly did a Google review search on the best transmission shop in my area and saw Can Linn's transmission. As soon as I called Van Linn's with my issues I immediately was put on the phone with Dave "the owner". Dave was super kind and was all about trying to get my transmission fixed.
