I first called another company who wasn't the most professional on the phone. I quickly did a Google review search on the best transmission shop in my area and saw Can Linn's transmission. As soon as I called Van Linn's with my issues I immediately was put on the phone with Dave "the owner". Dave was super kind and was all about trying to get my transmission fixed.
