I only gave them one star because I couldn't give them 0. Like most people, I work 8a-5p. I called at 4:45p to tell them that I got off early to come buy a statue for my still-born nieces grave stone whose funeral was the next weekend, but was stuck in 71S traffic and would get there as soon as I could, the man on the phone said, "well we close at 5p, so if you get here before then, I guess we can help you." We have bought two fountains from Van Liew's. The first one was damaged in a storm, breaking one of the basins. Van Liew's was able to order a replacement part and stain it to match the rest of the fountain. They are a professional and helpful family owned and operated business. I would recommend them to everyone.

I bought a birdbath last summer and it has cracks and leaks and won't hold water. I got no satisfaction from calling the office. I have another birdbath that I have had 50 years and is fine. My last trip to Van Liew's and I will warn all of my friends and others.

Van Liews is the go to place when I am looking for unique things for my yard. What I like the most is they have a layaway for the expensive items that you love. Also the personnel there are so friendly and very knowledgeable in their products. I would not go anywhere else for my unique items other than there. Try them you will love them and keep going back for more. I a, getting ready to order a unique fountain for my front and have them install it, I will post a photo of it when it is done.

This place is so clever. Every where you look, you see something cute or funny. It takes hours to take it all in. This place has been there forever and is run by the nicest of families. A great place to spend an afternoon including with kids. Craftsmanship is top notch and they make most of it here. I have installed many of their fountains which means anybody could. Class act all around. Good Karma.
