Brought the wrong part and expanded the time range by 1 hour then charged me for the 1 hour that they took getting the part communication was terrible aswell

We were very satisfied dealing with Janice & Chris. Both have excellent customers service skills & was a pleasure to deal with. The work done by Chris was wonderful. Had an issue with a loose wobbly toilet and leaky valve so I called Van Leeuwen after attempting to to tighten and fix myself with no luck. Spoke to Janice who was helpful & caring. Chris showed up on time, fixed the problem correctly, and left everything clean. He was very nice and considerate and got the job done right with no issues. Pleased with the very fair price but more importantly, job well done! Definitely will be using them with any other plumbing issues. Very pleased, Thank you!
