A Very knowledgeable and professional technician, Phil came the next day to look at our oil furnace system n fully explained our options for conversion to a natural gas furnace. I highly recommend that anyone in need of HVAC services talk to Phil before making a decision.
My Aunt needed plumbing repair so I called Van Masciantonio & Sons because they are closest to her home. The office staff was friendly and hopeful that they could provide same day service. I was first surprised and pleased to get a phone call from the office asking if I was okay with a later arrival time as our tech was detained because of a complication with the job before our job. How considerate! The tech who came was professional, knowledgeable, personable and hard working. It took him about an hour and a half to complete the two jobs he did. We were very happy with our experience with Van J Masciantonio & Sons. Everyone from the front office to the plumbers that came to the house were friendly and professional. We had a new laundry sink pump installed which went very smoothly. We also had been experiencing a funny odor in the house for quite some time which we thought was related to the laundry sink drainage.
