On holidays passing through the city, called Tuesday hoping they could squeeze me in for an oil change. They could not (1-2 hour procedure) so I booked an appointment for the following day at 2! Brought my vehicle there at 1:30, came back at 3:15 and they haven’t even brought it into the shop yet! Pathetic, and also very disrespectful! Don’t trust them, just bring it somewhere they are honest!
Dustin at Van Isle Ford was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was straight-up with us - honest and transparent. I’ve purchased several cars in my day - he was the best. Felt no pressure and feel great about the choice we made. Highly recommend Van Isle Ford!
Courteous service, a fair trade in value, employee pricing and a full tank of gas
Great vehicle service ! I brought my dog inside while we waited for the service and the offered her water while we waited. They also offered me water or coffee which is a nice touch. Very friendly staff.
