I am in the market for a possible upgrade. Nick took what I told him even though there was no inventory for what I was looking for and ran with it. Not even an hour later he contacted me with what I was Interested in with the fresh trade. He went above and beyond he jumped into action and got the fresh trade cleaned up personally.
