Good and reliable service! They came to my empty rental unit, did their work, left some booties and a nice info sheet and left with the door closed. No interaction necessary. I couldn't recommend them more!

Alan was right on time, was able to clean some forever-stains from the carpet that we were never able to remove, and was very respectful to our home. Highly recommend using these guys for carpet cleaning!

I had made quite a mess of my carpets by cutting my foot and then walking in a bunch of rooms in my house leaving Red stains throughout. I called Van-Isle and told them of the situation and they got me in within a couple days. My carpet was unique in that it was wool and I had tried to fix the mess myself which made it worse doubling up my problem.
