They are no longer open to the public which is unfortunate. My mom loved going there to try samples and buy products. Super disappointing. New location is not welcoming at all.
When I was looking for a new coffee company to support my office team's requirements, I was received by a sales rep that was off-putting and unwilling to help. She was demeaning and unwilling to do the work to help. I've never dealt with such poor customer service.
My son introduced both me and my daughter to this coffee and we LOVE it! Other coffee brands leave us with nausea, stomach pain and the shakes but not this brand! My daughter says yes a game- changer. PS - I want to be in your next commercial hahaha 👍🏼😬
