At the end of February we had called van houtte as we were moving in march and would need them to come get their equipment and close our account. We were told that they will pass the message on and someone from kelowna would call us back. Mid match we called again with the same response. Before we moved end of march we tried again as we did not want to bring the equipment home. Still no call. A few calls later I made a fuss about the situation as we were still being charged.
