I needed some help with my coolant system in my car and I called to see if he could help me. He tried giving me directions but I then asked if he was not currently at his address that is stated on Google. He said he was and then proceeded to get frustrated and hung up on me after saying getting me to where he was was “too complicated”. Very unprofessional.
