Hi everyone, in July 2023 Axxis Title purchased Van Horn Title. It's been an exciting year filled with many challenges. I see many 5 star reviews on google and also a couple poor reviews. I can assure you that our systems/processes have greatly improved and customer service is better than ever. Helen G is an atrocious, disrespectful, unkind person. My experience with her was abysmal in every way-- she was rude, condescending, and I hope that her Karma hits her tenfold.... that will still be better than she deserves.
Out of the entire home buying process, Van Horn was the worst to deal with. I would never choose to work with them again, and would have liked to had the choice to pick a different company (sellers chose Van Horn). We were told by our lender that the title company would reach out with information on how to wire the money… they never did. Our lender is who provided us with the wire information.
