We've had our 2016 Explorer serviced by VanHorn since we got it. Jim and the team in service do phenomenal work. They know I drive a lot on the freeway (20k miles per year) and that we need this Explorer to last until the kids are out of daycare and always make recommendations accordingly. They're phenomenal, recommend to all.
