Not a good experience with this shop. They took over a month to fix minimal front end damage. They change their story every time you call for an update and blame insurance. Even after the car was "finished" I took the car back because the bumper was coming off from their work. The color match is pretty bad. Their excuse on that is that they cant get it perfect and that all cars on the road dont match either. Dropped my car off to fix a fender bender on 8/4 they gave me an estimated completion date of 8/19… left them alone till the 19th called for an update. “Yeah things are going good, it’ll be done early next week. I got no update from them but my adjuster sent me an email saying the 28th of August.😡ok not ideal but get my car done… nope next day another update from my adjuster. September 3rd? Seriously? They did not update me when they had my car in for repair. Jeff said he would call me with updates and did not. When I did call they seemed annoyed with me like I was a bother. They had my car for almost a month and it was frustrating that there was no communication or updates along the way.
Outstanding service! Repairs were done perfectly and within the time scheduled. Thoroughly explained the entire repair process when making the estimate. Great job and thank you to Derek and the rest of the team. Highly recommend.
