Called to set up an appointment for my 2021 3500 RAM Laramie. Was told had to bring it to the Davenport dealership. This was due to weight of my vehicle. Was quoted 300 dollars for the service to include a car wash. I did not let them know at that time I had a service plan. I arrived at my appointment at 1045am. My vehicle was serviced at the quick lane. Not at the bay that had the proper lift. The service took 3 hrs and fifteen minutes.
