The guy at the front, he’s name is Jeremy I think. He is very rude, I heard one of the guys in the back ask him a question and he was extremely rude to that employee! Talked to him like he was a dog. I’ve heard about many bad experiences with this guy at the front. He definitely gives “i’m better than you” vibes.
Got all 4 tires and a balance done at VanHook Tire Center, and these guys really go the extra mile. As soon as I pulled in, they jumped on it. No sitting around. They made sure everything was lined up right, balanced smooth, and even double checked things before sending me off. The ride feels brand new. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Terrible service. Waited 3 hours for a patch in my tire. The place was empty half the time I was there. Was never spoke too again after I checked in.
