Not Happy! BEWARE!!!!! I just purchased a sectional couch...I was told it clamped together....when delivered it did not. I am not a person to complain but, VanHill put a bad taste in my mouth. They told me I had to purchase something within 80% of the purchase price. I have been looking for 2 years for a couch, thought I found one. furniture BEWARE when you are told your things are special order we were told 12-14 weeks and finally after 23 weeks we finally have it all. I am the one who did all the calling to the store I started calling at about week 14 only to feel like I was being a pest. I was told " you'd be surprised how many people will wait 23 weeks" I talked with many people who said I was crazy I should not even accept it after waiting that long but according to Van Hill I am stuck that is not an option. Pleased Just had furniture delivered and Mike Sheneman and Ryan Kragt were two of the nicest guys. They did a great job and very careful in our house.
Unprofessional and unethical Highly unprofessional. We were serviced by a newbee who quoted wrong policy that if the furniture does not fit then you have 3 days no question asked. As it turns out their charges on doing the change for the furniture that did not fit the room were unreasonable. The policy written on wall does not talk the fine print. I'VE NEVER BOUGHT FUNITURE ANYWHERE ELSE I FIRST WENT TO VAN HILL 6 YEARS AGO I COMPLETELY FUNISHED MY HOUSE. WE HAD A FRIEND RECOMMEND TO US A SALESPRSON "ODIE" , WE LOVED THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE IN HOUSE FINANCING ITS THE BEST. THEIR FURNITURE IS OF GOOD QUALITY, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR HERE GET YOU GET THAT AND MORE. I'VE GONE BACK FOR A PIECE HERE AND THERE ADDING TO WHAT WE HAVE , ITS THE BEST. THEIR PRICES ARE NOT BAD AND YOU CAN GET VERY NICE THINGS IN THEIR CLEARNCE ROOM.
Plastic Spent nearly $3000 on a leather love seat and 2 leather recliners. A couple of months later by accident saw a label on the underside of the recliner which stated 100% polyester!! Upon checking the other furniture, found that our "leather" was all plastic!!! We also paid for leather protection as well. Our salesman insisted that everything was ALL LEATHER! It was all displayed in the "Leather Gallery" Waiting for response by a manager before contacting a lawyer..

Very Unhappy!!!!!!! Went to Van Hill to buy a new bedroom set. We told them we need to measure to make sure the furniture would fit in the space we had. They said ok but you need to sign this contract today (like a used car salesman)! We thought ok thats fine if the furniture does not fit we will not have to buy it because we told them we didnt know how big the space was. Then the same day we told them the furniture would not fit! they told us now you have to pay a restocking fee for it. Now we are being taken to court over ... read more
