This place was recommended by a friend and the service was excellent very efficient in and out super fast. But when I got in my truck to leave is when this went bad I noticed that there was dirt on the outside door handle and when I got inside it was much worse and just so I am clear when I say drirt I mean sand and grease from the start button, shifter steering wheel, seat and inside door handle I was furious pulled up to the door went inside told the very nice lady at the desk I will never be back and explained why and lef... read more
Great experience with this shop this evening. After receiving less than stellar service from our regular shop, we searched for another option. Liz responded promptly to an email request for a quote for 4 all season tires. Ordered, received and installed all in one day. Staff were friendly and helpful during the process. Vibe seemed authentic and genuine. Would return to this shop for other vehicle maintenance.

Van Hemmen tires saved me. I had an appointment at another tire shop to have snow tires installed they messed me up I showed up and said they didn’t have the tires in stock and had to cancel the appointment I went to Van Hemmen right away as it was on along the way home from work and Chris was super friendly told him the whole situation and gave me a quote for tires and installation I then shopped around for tires found a set at Canadian tire and emailed van hemmen to see if they can get me in asap.
