After washing, the trunk mat was still dripping with water and was just thrown back into the car. For the exterior, they started wiping with car shampoo right after the first rinse. It was just careless/sloppy work.
I love them!! They work so hard and clean my dirty car so efficiently and pristine! Super kind people who work so hard.
