I purchased two $75 gift cards at Christmas for my wife and daughter to have their ears pierced. When my daughter called to make an appointment for their piercings she was told they no longer did piercings! Called to request a refund and I was refused. Said they could get tattoos… Not interested. Make sure you can get the services requested if you buy a gift card!
