Rich, Jake, and John were terrific to work with and the work was exceptional. A new water heater, outside faucet replacements, and a smart water main shut-off system were installed. Very clean, tidy, and they explained the work thoroughly. I would highly recommend them. They are a pleasure to work with; professional, courteous, and responsive.
Their tech had to respond to an emergency at my house twice today. I live over an hour away. He was very pleasant & courteous each time, communicated what was going on and did super thorough work. Clearly a pro at his job.

5 Stars – Above and Beyond! Van Etten Plumbing has always been reliable for regular plumbing work, but they truly went above and beyond during a recent emergency. I messaged them late at night expecting no reply, but they responded, calmly helped me shut off the water, and showed up first thing in the morning to fix the issue. Professional, fast, and incredibly helpful when I needed them most. Highly recommended!
