Amazing job and super quick response. Jake was a pleasure to work with. He came the same day, attempted to snake out an issue and found that I had much larger problems (80 year old pipes are fun). Came back the next day and did a swap over to PVC pipes. Everything is working perfectly and with that being our only sink Van Etten saved the day! Thank you! 5 Stars.

Jake and his team did a great job from beginning to end. I called them and they came out the same day to quote replacement of my water heater. Jake did not pressure me, he told me the benefits of having a standard water heater to a heat pump. He even gave me his personal opinion. After days of me sending him a million questions and him answering all of them with no bias, I made a decision. Rich, Jake, and John were terrific to work with and the work was exceptional. A new water heater, outside faucet replacements, and a smart water main shut-off system were installed. Very clean, tidy, and they explained the work thoroughly. I would highly recommend them. They are a pleasure to work with; professional, courteous, and responsive.
