Jim did a great job with his services today greatly appreciated
We had an issue with no hot water and put in a call to VEO. My husband is an experienced plumber that has serviced commercial buildings (we did not have the parts) and was highly impressed that brothers Jimmy and Mike Jr rebuilt our oil burner and serviced it with expertise. Couldn't be happier with the service they provided.
Imagine being surprised not once, not twice but 3 times by VEO delivering propane to you when you haven’t asked for it after they promised you the last time they would not do this again, no automatic deliveries, then being hung up on by their employee because they are so unprofessional they cannot handle a complaint and finish a conversation with you, talk over you, then hang up on you when you are trying to not only pay your bill but sort out what went wrong yet again. It’s saddens me to write this review. Last week I had my credit card charged by veo. I called them and asked what was this charge. A women there said they tapped off my tank . I had no evidence that gas was delivered to me. I asked at what level in the tank they fill it to . She said 80%. My tank only says about 68%.I questioned that and she said my meter was broken.
