Had a few wiring issues at the house. Called Shawn and described the symptoms and sent a couple of pictures. He responded promptly and set up a service call. Fixed the issue for the call and looked at another problem in the garage. Diagnosed the problem and made the repair. Replaced a GFCI and another outlet, both looked sketchy also. Good guy to call.
I waited 3 weeks to have someone come out to hook up a radon system mitigation fan, and they said they would reach out to set up a time to come do the work. After the first 2 weeks of not being able to find a good time, I didn't hear back from them for a week. I asked if they still planned on doing the work or if I should look for someone else to do it? The response I got was, "I've been sick for the last 5 days but if you feel you need to get somebody else feel free". How am I suppose to know you're sick? Maybe communicate ... read more
