Very busy here, but they always manage to get me unloaded in about an hour. Staff is friendly.
The 20 case minimum makes this company a unsustainable choice for mom and pop restaurants, and creates a financial strain. If your able to pick up at there location, they do allow that. They will run any card on file, even if they never asked if they can keep it on file. Nico in the credit Department laughed at me when I was struggling financially. And they literally act like thugs. Great people, good place to deliver!
I delivered a load here. I arrived at 11:30 a.m. due to a snowstorm. They said they were closed. They told me to come back at 5 a.m. the next day. I came the next day and they wanted $356 to unload the load. Nonsense. Then the forklift driver damaged a product. They charged me for a damaged product. This place is ridiculous and disrespectful. Think twice before coming here.
