These "tree carers" came in today and cut down a massive tree in our neighbourhood right in front of my building that was home to birds and an important fixture for animals in the neighbourhood. Unforgivable. My heart bled to see that poor tree being cut into pieces, it must have been well over 100 years old. So senseless it's tragic, to nature, to the residents of this neighbourhood and to the ecosystem we have here. Horrible horrible thing you did, why is the question.

Van Dyke's Tree Care is a very professional and hey are more than capable of taking care of your tree needs. Mr. Van Dyke is very knowledgeable in his respected field. If you ever have a chance to chat with Larry, you will come to the same concussion. They also have the right equipment in their fleet to take good care of all their customers.. Keep up the great work you and your team are doing Larry! :)

They did a great job, showed up exactly when they said, and most important to me, they worked safely. They had a huge crane truck that could reach over the top of my 2 storey house into the back yard to remove a branch that had overgrown badly. Trees were well pruned and shaped. They cleaned up very well afterwards. And now the neighbours are happy too. I'll call them again for sure.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Van Dyke’s Tree Care has been disappointing from start to finish. While the office staff was pleasant, the crew that attended my property was rude and disrespectful to my neighbours and even people on my own property. The work they did felt rushed and careless, but I chose to let it go and move on. Today was the final straw. On my drive to work, I found myself behind two Van Dyke’s trucks.
